Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. To keep returns clear and fair, here's exactly what we accept and what we don't.

What we accept

  • Defective products — units that develop a fault during normal use within the manufacturer's warranty period.
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) — units that fail to power on or function correctly on first use.

What we do not accept

  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns for changed preferences, no-longer-needed items, or non-defective units that were simply not wanted.
  • Products ordered in error (wrong model, wrong battery, wrong runtime). Please confirm compatibility before ordering, or contact us first — we're happy to help you choose.
  • Units that have been installed, used in production, or modified.
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number — these will be refused at our receiving dock.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@upsplusbattery.com or call 438-881-3363.
  2. Provide your order number, the product SKU, and a description of the defect or DOA symptoms.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the product back in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and packing slips, and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

After we receive the product

  • We inspect the unit to confirm the defect.
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or replaced (your choice) within 5 business days of inspection.
  • If the unit is found to be in working order, we will return it to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

Shipping costs

  • For confirmed DOA or defective units, we cover return shipping — we'll provide a prepaid label.
  • For all other claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Battery cells used in normal service are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty terms.

I received the wrong product

If we shipped you a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll approve the return, issue a Return Authorization Number, cover return shipping with a prepaid label, and send you the correct product at no extra charge.
