Return Policy for UPS PLUS BATTERY
At UPS PLUS BATTERY, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your UPS system or battery, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order. Additionally, if your UPS or battery malfunctions, we will replace it within 1 year of purchase as per our warranty policy.
I Received a Product Different from What I Ordered
We apologize for any mix-up in your order. If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to let us know. Our team at UPS PLUS BATTERY will quickly resolve the issue by:
- Approving your return request
- Issuing a Return Authorization Number
- Covering the return shipping costs and providing a prepaid return label
We will then send you the correct product at no extra charge.
Return Shipping Instructions
When returning the UPS or battery, please ensure the following:
- Return the item in its original packaging
- Include all packing slips, manuals, and accessories
- Make sure that stickers, labels, and serial numbers are intact, clean, and in their original position
Please note, we cannot process a return unless you’ve first contacted our customer service team.
Refund Policy
If we are unable to ship the product you ordered, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
