2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Delson, QC warehouse to any Canadian destination serviced by FedEx, with same-day shipping cutoffs on most stocked items. Coverage includes Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Québec City, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, plus remote and industrial sites nationally.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account on upsplusbattery.ca and click on “My Orders.” You'll be able to view your order history, status, and tracking information once the order has shipped. FedEx tracking numbers are emailed at dispatch.
4. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, local pick-up is available at 5 Goodfellow, Delson, Quebec, J5B 1V2. Please call us at 438-881-3363 in advance to confirm your order is ready and to coordinate a pick-up window.
5. What are your hours of operation?

6. Can I pick up from another warehouse?
Currently, we do not offer pick-up services from any other location. All local pick-ups are coordinated through our Delson, QC warehouse only.
7. Can you help me find a replacement battery if I bring my old one in?
Yes. If you need help identifying a replacement SLA battery, you can bring your old battery to our Delson location or send us a photo by email. We can help you find replacements for a wide range of applications, including UPS systems, home alarms, e-bikes, ride-on toys, and emergency lighting.

8. Can I drop off old batteries for recycling?
Yes, you can drop off your old batteries for proper recycling at our Delson warehouse, free of charge. Lead-acid batteries are regulated under provincial Hazardous Waste rules in Canada — don't put SLA batteries in regular trash. Call2Recycle Canada also operates a free drop-off network nationally if Delson isn't convenient.
If you have a large number of batteries to recycle, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a pick-up. Battery disposal is also handled automatically as part of our UPS battery replacement service for business customers.
9. How do you ship products?
We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We ship Canada-wide via FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. Heavier UPS units (3000VA and above) and pallet shipments may use freight carriers — we'll quote shipping at checkout or by phone.
10. How do I return an item?
We aim to make returns simple. Contact us by phone at 438-881-3363 or via our contact page to start a return. Most stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original packaging. Special-order items, custom-built UPS systems, and used batteries are non-returnable.
