Terms and Conditions of Order

These terms and conditions apply to any formal contract to purchase goods and/or services from UPSPLUSBATTERY

Governing law

This agreement is deemed to have been entered into in the province of Quebec and is interpreted under the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Prices for goods and services

The prices and rates for goods and services stated in a formal contract are fixed for the term of that contract. The contract details the applicable charges for services, packaging, transportation, duties and taxes.

Product prices on our website are subject to change without notice to reflect current exchange rates.

Delivery of goods

UPSPLUSBATTERY delivers goods to the dates and locations agreed with the customer in the contract. A delivery slip must show the purchase-order reference number, the complete delivery address, a description and quantity of the goods delivered, the quantity remaining to be delivered, and other relevant information.

Purchase orders

A purchase order is the customer’s offer to purchase goods and/or services and binds us only when we accept it. The purchase order is accepted when you receive a shipping confirmation that includes the applicable terms and conditions.

Payment terms

Purchase orders are accepted from approved business and public-sector accounts. Net-30 terms are for government institutions only: the order remains pending until the purchase order is received and approved, shipping is authorized after approval, and the invoice is payable under net-30 terms. A credit reference may be requested for a new account.

Late-payment charges of 2% per month apply to overdue amounts. The equipment remains the exclusive property of UPSPLUSBATTERY until the invoice is paid in full.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending merchandise back. Wrong-choice and change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery; the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories, and the customer pays return shipping. The Return Policy separately describes remedies and prepaid return shipping for confirmed defects, products defective on arrival, our shipping errors, and an incorrect exact-model fit stated on our product page.

Refurbished products

A refurbished product is a previously used item that has been cleaned and tested.
