This online UPS offers the highest level of power conditioning and battery backup in server rooms, network closets, and other edge or distributed IT locations. Lithium-Ion batteries require fewer battery replacements and last up to 3x as long as traditional VRLA batteries reducing maintenance, labor, and replacement costs (resulting in the lowest TCO). The battery offers industry-leading runtime to protect critical equipment during an unexpected power loss. It also gives better performance at higher temperatures, supports up to 10 times more discharge cycles, and delivers faster recharge times. It is hot-swappable and user-replaceable, so you can easily replace it without disrupting power to connected equipment. How do I know this UPS will run my equipment?
Add up the wattage draw of every device you'll plug in (servers, switches, monitors). The UPS's wattage rating (not VA) is the number that matters. Aim for the UPS to run at 60 to 70% of capacity at full load: this gives headroom for inrush current and a meaningful runtime margin.
