How do I confirm this battery fits my UPS?
Find the model number on the back of your UPS (printed on the silver sticker next to the serial number). If your UPS model appears in the compatibility list above, this pack is a direct fit. If it doesn't, email your UPS model number — we'll confirm compatibility within one business hour.
What's the warranty, and who handles claims?
One year, full replacement. Claims are processed in-house in Canada — not through an overseas third-party portal. Email info@upsplusbattery.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We ship the replacement before the failed unit is returned in most cases.
Is this an OEM battery or an aftermarket compatible?
Compatible aftermarket. We manufacture this pack to match the original electrical specification using new AGM cells, the correct connectors, and identical physical dimensions. We're not affiliated with the OEM. The trade-off: you save roughly 30–40% vs. the OEM cartridge, with the same runtime and a comparable warranty term.
