750VA/450W/230V Battery Backup for Home and Office Workstations
The ultra-compact line-interactive AVRX750UA UPS system with AVR provides reliable battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges and line noise that can damage valuable electronics or destroy data. The 230V battery backup is ideal protection for desktop workstations and other essential business and small-network office equipment. This UPS system is also recommended for digital signage and home networking applications, such as Wi-Fi routers and modems, home offices, security systems and home theaters.
Reliable, Expandable Battery Backup Keeps You Operational Through Power Outages
Backup support allows you to work through short power failures and gives you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. Backup time varies according to load, but internal battery should keep a half load (225W) powered as long as 8.6 minutes and a full load (450W) up to 2.4 minutes. During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the hot-swappable internal battery fully charged, so backup power will always be available.
6 C13 Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
Three C13 outlets provide battery backup, 320 joules of surge protection and voltage regulation for your computer, monitor and other crucial components. Three others provide only surge and voltage protection for equipment less vital, such as printers and scanners. Included outlet adapters convert two C13 outlets to 10A Australia/New Zealand-compatible outlets. Dual network data line jacks protect a wired peripheral from dangerous surges on a single dial-up or DSL connection.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions
AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The AVRX750UA can correct brownouts as low as 159V and overvoltages as high as 282V back to nominal 230V power continuously, all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.

Aim for the UPS to run at 60–70% of capacity at full load: this gives headroom for inrush current and a meaningful runtime margin. Can I extend runtime beyond what's shown above?
