About this battery pack
Our compatible replacement battery pack for the Eaton EBP-1702, the internal 72V pack of the Eaton 5PX G2 3000 VA 3U UPS. Built in house with new sealed lead-acid batteries, tested, and ready to plug in.

Compatibility
Eaton 5PX G2 3000 VA 3U models, such as the 5PX3000RT3UNG2, and the international 5PX2200IRT3UG2, 5PX3000IRT3UG2 and 9PX3000IRT3U that use the EBP-1702I pack. Send us your UPS model number and we will confirm the fit.

Every cell is load-tested before packing. We reject anything that falls outside the original voltage and capacity window.
Installation without soldering
Assembled cartridges arrive wired with the factory-style connector; battery sets go into your UPS's existing tray, reusing its harness and hardware. No soldering. Many models allow hot-swap replacement — check your UPS manual before removing batteries under load.

Find the model number on the UPS label. Check that the exact model, including any regional suffix, is marked as confirmed in the compatibility list above. If it is missing or marked as needing confirmation, email your UPS model number; we'll respond within one business day with the compatibility information we can verify.
What's the warranty, and who handles claims?
Replacement batteries carry a 1-year UPSPLUSBATTERY warranty against defects. Claims are handled by our team in Canada. Email info@upsplusbattery.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We will provide the next steps for your claim.
Is this an OEM battery or an aftermarket compatible?
