The Nitro NLI-12V8DI is a 12.8V 300Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery that takes the place of a lead acid battery of the same size at a fraction of the weight. Nitro LiFePO4 batteries offer a much longer cycle life than lead acid and weigh about 40 % as much as a comparable lead acid battery.
