Batteries only. This listing supplies the 2 batteries that go inside the battery pack of a PowerVar ACDEF700-11 Sinergy III Series UPS (PowerVar part 17810-01R). The plastic tray, wiring harness and connector are not included: move the new batteries into your existing tray and reuse its harness and connector.
