Tripp Lite BP24V15RT2U 24V 2U Rack/Tower Extended Battery Module (OEM version)

The Tripp Lite BP24V15RT2U is an external battery module that extends the runtime of select 24V DC Tripp Lite UPS systems, including SmartOnline, SmartPro and OmniVS models from 750 to 1500 VA. It connects to the UPS battery port and charges from the UPS charger, so no separate circuit is required. The 2U rack/tower chassis installs in a standard 19 inch rack with the included brackets or stands next to a tower UPS. Hot-swappable, sealed, maintenance-free VRLA batteries keep the change simple: you replace the module without powering down the connected load. The pack also suits TAA compliant installations. When the cells eventually wear out, replacement cartridges for this module are available separately in our UPS Batteries catalogue, so the chassis stays in service.
